How long does shipping take?
Standard order processing takes up to 2 business days. Please keep in mind that during peak periods, processing times may exceed two business days.
How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?
We offer FREE shipping to 20+ countries around the world. If you can enter your address at checkout, we can ship to you! We'll be sure to send the correct plug type for your country, too.
How can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.
Will I pay customs?
In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.

What is the Amella Free Warranty?
All Amella Diamond jewelry is covered against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 year from the date of purchase.
What happens if my 2-year warranty expires?
After the 2-year warranty period, any services or repairs will be subject to a service charge.
What conditions are covered under the Amella Diamond warranty?
If your jewelry is returned within the warranty period, any manufacturing defects will be repaired (when possible) or replaced free of charge for components (excluding diamonds) and labor, at Amella’s discretion.
The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover:
- Defects or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents.
- Normal wear and tear over time.
How can I make a warranty claim?
To process a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Email info@amelladiamond.com with your proof of purchase or order number and photos of the damaged piece.
- You are responsible for the shipping cost to return your jewelry to us. Use a trackable shipping method and carrier.
- We highly recommend insuring your shipment to prevent any unfortunate events during transit.
